I went for my back pain, I got a massage on my face, nose, ears, neck, thick vein on my neck, my arms, my hands, my fingers and my shoulders. I specifically told the masseuse where it hurts and also I get shooting pain through my thighs. She neither massaged my lower back nor my thighs. It was a painful massage. She kept asking “too much” and I kept answering “yes, too much”. If I keep saying too much why don’t you just ease up on the pressure you’re putting on my body. Didn’t feel relaxed afterwards and my back didn’t feel any better. Every time I call the office, there is no answer. I have left messages and no one has gotten back to me. I’m taking my business somewhere else.

Very convenient method of booking through their online system, I've used both Nozomi and Joanne as massage therapists here and they have both been exceptional. Joanne comes with 2 decades of experience and literally knows the pain spots without even telling her, she just seeks and destroys the pain. Nozomi also has exceptional skills in pain relief and really keeps the customer in mind at all times. Their staff is always very accommodating to your exact needs and best of all available during my busy schedule.

The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The place is warm and inviting, even in the dead of winter. Joanne's ability to understand her patients needs and cater to them is amazing. By far, the deep tissue massages are great! An additional bonus is the direct billing for insurance. I would highly recommend this place for anyone in need of a good massage.

I went for a prenatal massage by Joanne few months ago based on reviews I saw here. However it was the worst massage experience I ever had. It was not soothing nor relaxing. It was an absolute waste of time and money.

I received prenatal massage (5 months pregnant) from Joanne today, by far the best massage therapy session I have ever had. She is amazing. I feel relaxed and rejuvenated and cant wait to go back.
