Really great atmosphere. You are a person not just someone who goes to a gym. A bit more of the pricey side but they have a hot tub! Updated September 2018 I had a great experience with the health club staff till I decided that I wanted to leave. I had my account frozen and wanted to get massages n place of unused training. They never got back to me till after a year was up. When I brought my booklet in they took it and said it was under review. It has been under review for almost a month now. I asked to have my account to be unfrozen as I wanted to end my contract sooner and it has still not been dealt with. I have called and come into the facility and I get brushed off. I have been trying for over two weeks now. If you decide to go here understand that they will be great till you decide to leave. Then they don't care one bit about you or helping you.

This gym made me feel worse about myself not better!!!! Beware. No customer service. The manager is whoever is working that day, and the “owners†don’t get involved??! The person I spoke to about cancelling my membership told me I would be “lucky†if they let me out of the contract. (READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU JOIN) I used the gym twice. Did not ask or care why I needed to quit. This gym is about the money NOT the people. Now I am stuck with a membership I cannot use, and can’t afford to go elsewhere while paying this one. I have been a member for 30 days and it has cost me $200!!!

Their management is pretty bad. When I signed up they entered my entered my info wrong. So I had to call a different company in order to actual get the membership. They usually only have one person working there and half the time they're on the floor training somebody. When I canceled my membership, I gave the paperwork and they said everything was good, but they continued to charge me. The equipment and facility are fine, however the roof leaks all the time. If you just want a place to workout, it's fine, but be prepared to have a hassle whenever doing anything with your membership.

Great gym. Lots of parking. Very large space which is nice to prevent over crowding. A large variety of equipment. Nice reception and seating area. Would like to see an area with some bumper plates for some Olympic style lifting. Highly recommend getting a membership here.

October 2017. Really great staff and small gym atmosphere. Plus they have a hot tub and steam room at the gold level. Can be a bit pricy but you do pay for what you get. As long as you go to the gym regularly it will most likely be worth it. They also have protein shakes and supplies you can purchase as well as a tanning section and karate classes.
