Expensive compared to other gyms in the area (20$/month more then R+), the atmosphere is very uncomfortable, lots of other customers are rude and inconsiderate and the staff seems not very proactive to enforce the rules. Very scarce trainer ratio which makes it impossible to get a spotter or any help when you're learning. Good selection of machines and free weight, no indoor track sadly.

It's okay. The staff needs to lose the aggressive sales pitches.
