The Yoga Studio is a beautiful studio at which to practice yoga. Its been part of my life for over three years! The ambience of the space relaxes your mind, body and spirit. When you climb the steps to the second floor space, you truly disconnected from the chaos of the outside world and become one with yourself on your mat. What's also special is that you feel a sense of unity with the others practicing with you. There's no clique-y feeling or sideways glances, everyone is genuinely there to make themselves better and do there part to make the world a better place. Of course, the physical aspects of yoga for good health are unmatched, as every instructor here is truly incredible and they know how to guide you at any level of yoga practice, but their compassion and knowledgeable also take your practice to a higher level, helping you tap into your inner peace and your higher life purpose. The Yoga Studio isn't a place where you will be sandwiched inches between the people next to you with a high energy teacher shouting poses you have never heard of, it is a place where like-minded, compassion people come to feel the tranquility of unplugging, unwinding and stillness that can only be found within you!

Joy is one of the most unique studios in Houston, offering a non-heated, refreshing approach to yoga not seen at other studios in the area. The staff is kind, generous, and extremely helpful in strengthening my practice.
