Yoga at Moksha is very relaxing, and calm. I would recommend Moksha Yoga to everyone. Hot yoga meets the balance between fun, but also a good workout. I always feel really refreshed and relaxed after every class. The atmosphere at Moksha is extremely nice. The change rooms are very clean, and have things that are helpful to many, (for example: showers, shampoos//conditioners, blow dryers, brushes, and much more). The staff is always kind to everyone, and the instructors never make you feel bad for not being able to a stretch or position.

The studio is located in a beautiful location, right my the waterfront. The staff is friendly and inviting, as well as the members. I’ve been to over 20 other moksha studios, but this one is always fun to come back to practice at. The only negative I could give, would be the difficulty of the classes. For me, they are not long enough. It is great for beginners and intermediate, but doesn’t offer much for the more experienced yogis. I can’t really fault them for this though, since I see this at many of the studios other than the major cities.

First,thank you for your time,energy and attention. I never was at yoga courses before,now that I came to you I think I would never leave yoga anymore. It's been a great learning experience and I've made so many gains in strength,flexibility and overall focus. This course was amazing and it was exactly what I needed,I am so happy that I found you and was able to learn so much. Being new in a new country it's a little hard because you feel alone and lonely at the same time,so you made it better.Thank you to all the teachers at Moksha yoga they are so lovely and friendly.

The introductory pass is a great way to kick start your commitment to health. I am on day#15 of a 30 personal challenge. The variety of classes and great schedule make it easy to fit in a class. I have tried Barre, Moksha Fit, Moksha Flow and Yin Yoga. The studio is a great space with both a heated and non-heated room. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Students are encouraged to move within their range of movements and alternative options are suggested. Accessible free parking too. A shout out to Kenny for his Yin Yoga classes...excellent cues especially when it comes to releasing from the Yin posture.

I love going to Moksha Yoga Studio especially to attend HOT YOGA class!!! I love detoxifying my body by sweating out and it is one of the most efficient way to get your workout, relax, and relieve your stress of the day! Highly recommended!!! and the studio instructors are amazing in guiding you through all the challenging yoga postures :)!!!
