This studio is absolutely wonderful in every way. Not one bad thing to mention. Im from out of town and missed my studio back home until I came here. Also showed up for yoga at the park and the instructor really went above and beyond to help me with some of my poses and yoga questions. Thank you so much !

My regular and systemic command of flow classes improved my posture so much that I have finally gained the half an inch in height we all incessantly long for. Howbeit the rules of nature dictate that each positive be counteracted by a negative, and thus, just like most men, my yoga mat is now too short for me.

New yoga concept where they incorporate stress by cramming the space to a max.... not my thing. I actually prefer the traditional yoga meant to relieve stress instead...

Is this studio going under? Did a power class, which translated to, “let’s do as many asanas as possible and as quickly as we can.” The floor was dirty and two of the three men’s showers have been broken for weeks. One shower has been leaking profusely. The sign on the wall reads: “Shorten Your Shower. Conserve Water.” Are you serious? The western colonization of yoga. Sad. The place needs a reboot.

My fave yoga studio in Montreal. First great staff and diverse teachers. Secondly it’s always clean, calm and do easy to get too. Thirdly-so many classes and variety too from easy to harder and heated to non heated to restorative to flowing or super stretching. I really love Moksha-it’s liberating (pun intended) Plus they donate so much money and foods and clothing and bags to communities and food drives and Shelters too. Moksha yoga is amazing.
