The studio is thougtfully designed. Clean and spacious. The teachers can't really attend to the on-site participant ( with adjustments ) as the class is being zoomed online at the same time. They have updated the infrared sauna schedule with more timings. Hopefully they'll add few more hours in the week if there is a demand. Overall I recommend. - April 2024 update following - While I am trying out other studios, I must say they have the best soundscape on the entire premises (studio & sauna). Their sound atmosphere is unbeatable, especially in our overstimulating society.

Overall this is a good studio and I like how clean it is. However this studio don't offer power yoga or more challenging classes. If you want to relax and destress your day, this is the studio for you . But person I prefer a work out so this studio is not a good match with me

This is the best yoga spot I've been to. I'm advanced in my yoga practice - but I usually do it alone at home. What makes this place awesome: a rock shoe rack, first class is free, rent a yoga mat for $2, lots of yoga accessories to use, peaceful Zen interior, a great encouraging teacher, meditation and a short om chant at the end, changerooms (no showers) and finally: green tea and roibos tea served in authentic iron cups in a lounge after the class!

Peaceful, inspirative, great teachers and atmosphere. Don't miss restorative yoga or yoga wall if you want to try something new. 2022 post-pandemic (fingers crossed) update: Naada's still here, still peaceful and unique, and now also offers classes in streaming.

Such a beautiful space to build a practice and community. With innovative studios, inclusive washrooms and changerooms, top-notch teacher trainings and a welcoming tea lounge to chat with your instructor and fellow students after class, it's a pretty special place.
