ELMNT is so much more than a studio providing the most versatile and creative fitness options! You will build your stamina, tone and flex in the ways that you never knew were available to you. This s the place and time where you will clear your mind, understand your intentions and get on the way to achieving balance in your life. This is the space that attracts the most vibrant people and provides a full spectrum of good energy. Regardless of your age or gender - late teens, young grands, couples or singles - this is the time that you will invest into your physical and mental heath, building connections and simply having fun! You will crave coming back here again and again, and every time you will leave the studio with a big smile on your face and extremely sweaty! I personally discovered ELMNT when I was at the lowest point in my life - it literally saved me! Big Thank You to every instructor and all the wonderful people that I sweat with!

I visited a good friend in Montreal and his girlfriend frequents Element. She was kind enough to get me a few days to join in on two HIIT classes and spin class. The people working there were friendly. The studio is also clean. The class instructors were nice and I enjoyed both of their classes. The HIIT class included most of the equipment I'm familiar with as I workout at a bootcamp style class at home. We used equipment such as gliders, dumbbells, and bands. There were a few things I didn't quite care for such as the HIIT space feeling a bit small, the mats were super long, no heavier dumbbells (heaviest was 15lbs), and no kettlebells. The workout itself though was good. The spin class was fine. Sometimes I find those bikes and all the settings confusing. The instructor was super high energy! Overall, this is a nice spot to take a class.

If you want to get your sweat on or take it slower....variety and quality classes are the rule here. Every single teacher at this gym is the real deal. They are all very professional, they start classes on time and give very clear instructions. Safety first! Their Yoga wall is something special! The space is spotless and has an eco-vibe which is nice. The front desk staff are friendly! Plenty of parking too!

I attended the charity class held every Tuesday at 6:45 pm with Amanda Hui, an amazing spin instructor here. Thankfully I was able to get a spot because I did not book my seat in advance. I highly recommend you book in advance. They've got great amenities, including beautiful lockers, dressing rooms, showers with artisanal body care products, hair dryer and towels. The designers of the studio put a lot of thought into the interior design, really thoughtful, kudos to the owners of this boutique spinning studio.
