Tim Ruddy is an exceptionally skilled, dedicated and versatile Iyengar yoga instructor who is sensitive to the abilities and needs of students. He is the best instructor I have ever had and continually strives to improve the performance of participants, as well as himself, with the belief that learning is a never-ending process. Workshops offered on particular postures or by guest instructors are a valuable supplement to regular classes. A gentle approach to hard work is combined with a good sense of humor!

Tim's teaching is clear and inspiring. He is generous with cleaver corrections and adjustments. Very competent and dedicated teacher.

I feel truly blessed to have Tim Ruddy and his yoga studio in my neighbourhood! This is quality instruction: amazingly specific attention to each practitioner, and a wonderful connection with the amazing universe of mind-body-wisdom of yoga!

The beginner's class is very cool - egos are left at the door. Tim has the equipment and expertize to assist all body types, even inflexible bodies like mine. Great space, nice people, expert teacher - check it out!

Tim Ruddy is the best yoga professor I've ever had. He is a Senior Iyengar Yoga Teacher and I've made incredible progress in my yoga practice with his guidance. His studio is awesome and I can really say that, among all the yoga classes I took in the last 15 years, Iyengar yoga is, to me, the only real yoga practice. Thank you Tim Ruddy for being such an awesome yoga teacher and human being!
