I took Susan's yoga and I loved the energy in the classroom. Susan sets a relaxed atmosphere and is very supportive. Her program offers exercises for any fitness level and she makes herself available to advise her students on alternatives to address specific health issues and physical limitations. I always found that I could sleep very well when I took her classes. I got progressively stronger and more flexible. My fitness level greatly improved and I became more conscious of the impact of good posture. For me, it became a spiritual experience. I would highly recommend Susan's classes!

I've taken Susan's yoga classes for years and I can honestly say they are the most relaxing, restorative classes I've ever taken. She is a very down-to-earth and friendly teacher. When I was taking her class once a week (for a period of 3 years straight) I found that the calmness I achieved in her class helped me deal with my stressful job and that blissful feeling would last through at least half of the week. I really miss her classes and I'm excited that she might be coming to a studio near my house in Verdun. I will definitely attend!! If you are able to take one of the classes she's offering, I highly recommend it. At the period when I was taking her class every week, it really helped me manage my cortisol levels (from stress) and helped balance my hormones and I lost 80 lbs during the 3 years I was taking that class. I've tried taking other classes since then, but I just find they're more focused on the athleticism and too fast-paced and I just don't feel as relaxed afterwards.
