Modo is amazing. I always get a great vibe when I go and they have great staff and the perfect variation of classes.

I prefer this Moksha studio, in Griffintown - vs - Moksha on St. Laurent - because it is smaller, less crowded and more private. There is 1 very large classroom so I find the classes are not as hot as St. Laurent (a pro for me). There is enough seating in the lounge area for everybody in the class to sit comfortably while they wait.

Way too early for a review but perfect timing for a first impression. Very organized and clean facility and a good morning class for someone who had been away from yoga for quite some time. I will definitely go back but this time with water, a towel and lighter clothing.

Omg. What the..... I called the receptionist to ask if I was 5mins late i could still join the class. She asked the teacher and said yes. I RANNN there. Got there all sweaty and she says sorry the class has already started. I was like...euhh what??? I was JUST on the phone with you. She said yes but the class has started. Well that's EXACTLY why i called. She repeats the same thing over. Then SHE gives me an attitude. Wow do i miss studio breathe. My friends and i will join one of the thousands other RESPECTFUL yoga studios. Thanks very much.

Love this studio! Not as hot as NDG but every instructor I've met has been fantastic, classes are well structured and there's tons of variety. Studio itself is big and welcoming + the locker rooms allow for tons of space to change so your not bumping into anyone :)
