Osteo Yoga is a very powerful practice, it works at a very deep level, it offers you a great opportunity to understand, go over and face challenges in your daily life. It could be commons pains like head and back aches or more sophisticated emotional patterns. In any case you will built the ability to recognize, acknowledge and find solution to heal yourself and grow stronger. Understanding the situation, why is it happening to you in the first place, rather than placing yourself as a victim. Away from drugs, closer to you and your very unique potential as a human being.

I was on a nine-year quest for a yoga path when I found OSTEO YOGA and I never looked back. The training is practical, efficient, transformative - the teachers are sincere, strong, and embody the fruits of the practise masterfully - the students themselves are a living example of the genuine knowledge resonating so freely within the studio's walls. OSTEO YOGA will touch you deeply, from the moment you walk in the door. It is a professional establishment housing a remarkable method.

After years of exploring different forms of yoga and somatic healing approaches, the reality was, my nervous system was still weak. After a year of training intensively at the Osteo Yoga school, I have come to see that this Way, The Path of Nature is a Divine Technology. It’s methodical, rhythmic yet so organic and flowing in the most surprising ways. It takes you exactly where you need to go and gives you exactly what you need. It may not always be what you think you want but when you trust the intelligence of Nature she gives generously. Everything clicks into place like clock work. In a year, a foundation has been built that is more solid than anything I have ever attempted to do in all the years past. The results of a sincere committed practice are real and concrete. I am stronger, clearer, more grounded, relaxed and in touch with my raw primal power. And it’s just the beggining! Imagine what years would do for a human on an aligned path? Trust me, I have tried almost all of it, save yourself some time and dive in.

A powerful healing space that can yield major transformation- if you’re willing to show up for yourself.

Not very satisfied with my visit to them. It looks like a great place and everything, however the goal of getting there was not achieved. I feel like I wasted my money, unfortunately. Same, it seems to have a beautiful philosophy.
