Equipment is in decent shape and the staff is pretty good too. But the gym is very busy. Space is limited. The group training classes make it more then difficult trying to get a workout done. Trainees running laps around the gym through and in between everything your trying to use. Well claiming huge portions of the weights and closing off half the gym so they can jump around.. also having a large boom box blasting music over the pre existing gym music is more then annoying and inconsiderate to the other members.

I have been working out here for almost 4 years. Facility is clean. Trainers are amazing. Equipment is always looked after.

Rated it fair as its a pretty small gym, don't mind equipment but cubicle for bags is a bit silly, almost feel like I'm in kindergarten and slots are always full so you have to leave your stuff on the floor. Another disappointment is single changing rooms which make it hard to get ready, most times I have to change the "seating area". Do your research prior and know what your buying into, can only purchase one-year memberships as well. Like location so hoping they will take some of the feedback and try to make it a better experience. Do like that it is 24hrs.

I found the gym quite nice with new equipment. However I did not get a tour of the gym, so I went in not really knowing anything about the equipment. I found some of the staff to be extremely kind, but some of the others were not at all. I did not like that you can only sign up for a one or two year contract. Month to month would be nice or even a 6 month contract.

Good gym in town! Super friendly, informative staff too. Can be busy at times, but they have more then enough machines and equipment to go round!
