Life changing experience. Very inclusive, friendly atmosphere with helpful teachers who will make you feel welcome and capable, not matter what your experience level. I strongly recommend the yoga for backs for anyone with chronic back pain. Joelle offers lots of pose modifications for new students. New to yoga? Go here! I see a reviewer who advised the door is always closed when they come for class. Please be advised that if you are >5 minutes late for class the door is closed/locked so that the flow of class is not disrupted, and also that students' possessions are secure in the change area. Arrive on time or ideally 5 minutes ahead of scheduled classes and you won't have this problem. ;)

We paid for a one-month registration. Now we sign up for classes and go to the studio, but the door is closed. I've called them to inquire and left messages many times, but they don't get back to me. Thank you for taking my money and not providing the service. I cannot believe that I got robbed like this.

Warm, inviting atmosphere where you won't be judged for not wearing lulus. Joelle and her teachers go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome! Joelle's critical alignment therapy (CAT) sessions are simply amazing! It's helped me from hardly being able to walk at times, to having little to no issues at all! Thanks Joelle! I highly recommend IPY to everyone, new or experienced in yoga!
