Excellent place for workout. Has all the machines besides steam bath and massage chairs. Open 24/7. Spend as much time as you like. Ample parking space.

Crooks with horrible business practices! Their cancelation policy is absolutely appalling. I cancelled my membership before the year was up and they charged me $50 for my annual renewal PLUS my regular membership fees for two full months after cancelling. It was explained to me that the payments would continue for 60 days post-cancelling, but it was never mentioned that they would charge me an annual renewal fee for the membership I got out of! Proceed with caution - or better yet - don't let these thieves have access to your bank account.

Good gym with a lot of features and always clean.

Poor cancellation policies and watch out for the maintenance fees as well. If your thinking about cancelling ,make sure you do it at least 60 days before your scheduled maintenance fees. If you don't you will be charged the Maintenance fees for the year even if your cancelation falls outside the term by 1 day. Gym is over crowded, changerooms are dirty and the staff customer service is atrocious at best.

A fantastic gym with great clean facilities, an amazing front desk and the best trainers one can ask for, especially Andrew. It’s pricy but you get what you pay for. I’m deducting one star for the past 6 months since taking over fitness for ten and absorbing its members. Motion was clearly not ready for it and now there’s very limited parking and the gym is insanely busy even not at peak times. At peak times it’s nearly impossible to find parking and work out, as the weights are constantly occupied. Hope this improves with the upcoming opening of the new location.
