Best gym I have ever been a member of. The staff are all so friendly & willing to help you modify any exercise due to injury. I also love the cleanliness of this place. You can also purchase your protein, and other essentials at this location. I highly recommend Fit Body St Albert to anybody! (Also, a nutritionist is included in your membership...how cool is that?!)

My husband and I signed up a couple of months ago and love it. Such amazing staff and facilities. The 30 min workout fits into our busy schedule and we have both seen great results in a short time. We love it!

love love love it here! They treat you like family and get you in shape at the same time! You work your butt off and feel awesome after every workout! Would not go anyplace else! Top notch !!

I signed up on a Groupon thinking I would probably do one month to "reset". I ended up investing in my health and signed on annually. Fit body bootcamp is a fun, supportive gym where everyone is in one big "gym family". I look forward to going here every day. I guess you probably want to hear about results too and they are impressive. I have never been so strong! Highly recommend to anyone who likes a quick and effective without. Mike and Sean own 3 locations now. St. Albert, Northeast, and Central. Check them out!

I've been going to the Fit Body Bootcamp location in St. Albert since March 2018 and I. love. it. I found them through a Groupon and have since become a member -- and it is 100% worth it. The facility itself is great. The special flooring is a godsend. Everyone from the owners to the staff and trainers are friendly, warm and welcoming. It makes working out so much less intimidating. The classes themselves are intense, but will work for everyone. I'm confident in that. And they are so time efficient. It doesn't seem like such a burden to go to the gym. I also really like the small class setting. You get the benefits of a trainer (expertise, safety and motivation) while engaging in a great community. Membership also gets you access to a nutritionist -- so I also feel like my overall health is being considered. Best of all, you will see results. Whether on the scale, or in your strength. For example, I've never in my life been able to do a "real" pushup, but I can do a few in a row now! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
