Right from the start it is a welcoming atmosphere. It is a place where people encourage and challenge on another, and a place where friendships happen. I have grown stronger, lost weight and inches, pushed myself further than I ever thought possible, and always with a smile as I see everyone else doing the same thing. I love coming because I know I will see friendly faces (whom I now consider friends) and encouraging leaders. The workouts are challenging and definitely make you sweat. The leaders are so awesome at giving modifications when needed and positive encouragement throughout the workout. Love my Fit Body Bootcamp!!!!!

Best boot camp workouts in Calgary! I have been a member for over 3 years and I absolutely love the coaches, workouts and location! No two workouts are the same, the coaches help to modify exercises if you are injured in anyway, and they motivate you to work harder when you are in top condition. This is my happy place!

I have been training at Calgary NW Fit Body Boot Camp for a year and I absolutely love it. The coaches are very professional and motivating, the workouts are varied and work the entire body, and I have made great friends, which make me want to go often. I actually go almost every day since it is so easy to fit a 45 minute workout in my schedule. I did two 6-week challenges and lost a lot of weight and gained muscles. I highly recommend this gym. The owner Shawna does care a lot about her customers and want them to have a great experience. It's definitely much better and more fun than a regular gym.

I have been going to the NW Fit Body Forever classes for almost a year now. I have never had a class or instructors that are so helpful and actually make a difference in my muscle tone. I have lost inches and feel so much better. The small classes are great and they really know how to help those of us with any kind of limitations. Great job!!

This was my first experience with group fitness, and I love having the workout planning done for me. I felt like the environment was laid back, fun, supportive and open to people of all levels of fitness. Great that you can just show up without having to sign up for each class. Some really amazing and inspirational instructors
