Wow what a sh*thole. At one time it was probably nice but there's new development all around the site and I think the owners let it slide badly. I now see why there's limited pictures on their website and they take full payment at the time of your reservation because if you didn't pay in advance you'd definitely drive away. Even though we paid $140 for the weekend we still drove away. Maybe the owner could use the money to hire someone to mow and fill in the mud pads of the camp spots. I was also promised and paid for a spot by the creek but got put way at the back beside the abandoned mobile homes that were uprooted from the construction; I guess booking three weeks in advance wasn't enough time for them to get it right. I would give it negative stars but this site doesn't allow that. Do not waste your money; find somewhere else to camp.

The place is a disaster! Poorly kept, in cut grass and weeds everywhere. The roads are covered in pot holes and the management coukd care less! Obviously this facility is going to be bulldozed for a condo development! Good riddance!

Terrible. construction all around. Because of construction our water didn't function so we had to run a hose from across the street and the fittings across street down to our end leaked all over the place constantly. Cheaper than paying for a hotel but definitely dont come here if your looking for a nice place to camp/ have your RV.

If i could give no stars I would absolutely filthy construction and noise everywhere. The dust from thr roads is around all day and will will kill ya. Especially if you have breathing problems. Your trailer or camper will be Filthy cant even leave the doors open Roads are in terrible terrible shape. Took the kids down the path on the creek and were greeted by pot smoking beer drinking individuals sitting on the benches diring broad daylight . We advised them we would call the RCMP their reply was a laugh and say the RCMP never come in here so good luck. No apparent speed limit. No one stops at the stop signs. Quiet time Not Observed by the people on the mamufactured homes however must be observed by all campers. No one stops at the stop sign everyone drives at whatever bloody speed they want to. My suggestion CANCEL your reservation find somewhere else this place is terrible beyond what u can imagine. This is not the place to stay believe me get out now

Site is not level side to side (about 6" lift on one side and could use a couple more). A neighbor couldn't get his motorhome level either. With rain it's like camping in Venice, all that's needed are some godolas running around the roads (watch out for rough roads and potholes). Another neighbor said an earlier visit was like camping in the middle of a lake. The site could be 4 stars if the graded, drained the roads and leveled the sites.
