We came here with our church, and what gorgeous facilities they had. I loved the archery and the zipline. The operator for the pipeline and the archery was the same person and both times he was very helpful. I am nervous about heights but he calmly talked to me and got me to do the ride. My husband Jack also had a great time and my kids loved the archery. It was fun and we felt safe and cared for the whole time. We will be back!

We hosted an event at this camp over 2 days, with over 175 students from middle schools. We had rain on the second day, and had to change a few activities, but the staff was prepared, professional, and the student’s experience was still fantastic. I’ve run leadership camps all over the province, I’ve rented out camps all over Alberta, and Deer Valley Meadows is by far my favourite one. The staff, the location, the activities, the food, the scenery, everything was fantastic. The English language unfortunately does not have strong enough language to full convey how satisfied I was. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

We went to Deer Valley Meadows Camp for a Mother/Daughter date and tried Archery. We had great indoor facilities, personal instruction, (appreciated the caring patiences) and a peacefully environment. The staff went above and beyond, they have servant focused hearts, thanks for blessing us!

I recently toured Deer Valley Meadows Camp. Working in the camp industry and seeing a lot of different types of camps, I was very impressed with their accommodation options. They had everything from cabin style dorms to family and couples accommodation. Many options included a secluded meeting area and kitchen. Their staff are very friendly and made our group feel right at home. The property is located in the country on a very attractive piece of land...the views of the river valley from the dining hall is incredible! If you are looking for a venue for a large conference, wedding, to run camp programming or hold a family reunion - you should definitely check them out.

We visited in our RV last summer, and it is by far the nicest RV site I have been at. The staff were friendly and courteous, and the scenery was amazing. I enjoy bird watching, and during my time there I spotted several dozen different species, including turkey vultures and a bald eagle. Everything was clean and neat and tidy, and they did not charge us for firewood, or for use of the washrooms, the washer or dryer! There is an RV dumping station onsite. The Price was very reasonable, especially considering the free wood and washrooms. I highly recommend this as an RV site. If you are looking for RV grounds in Central Alberta, this is the place.
