I have been informed that I am not allowed to clean my trailer, even after contacting the city of Red Deer and finding out the rules governing washing and cleaning. I have stayed here for 2 months and have tree leaves and sap all over my awning and slides, and when i inquired as to what i should do i was told to rig out my trailer and take it to a car wash where i can not clean the slides or my awning. I am not asking to clean my trailer every week, but i do think after 2 months i should be allowed some extra leeway. As well i have had to put up with people drinking and parting until late hours when i have been a model renter by being quiet and trying to keep my stuff clean. It is privately owned, and they do have the right to set the rules but being so ridged is going to lose them this costumer.

The managers are super nice. Gave it a 4 because I wish they were open longer in the evening and I also wish they didn't have streetlights on the little roads. Road noise is also a big problem. Very clean place.
