Wife and I have had a seasonal campsite for 3 years now, and rented out weekend sites for years before that. We love the family friendly atmosphere. Dogs are allowed and our fur child loves going to the lake every weekend. Gary and Corrine are completely reasonable and fair with the rules. Some may not like them, and I don’t agree with them all but we adhere to them and have no issues. Love that each campsite is its own. Lots of trees in between and within the rules owners are allowed to set up as they please. Some people mentioned them making more spots seasonal ones. That’s not the case. There could be more people booking out sites for an entire season, however if they is being done they are required to pull their trailer out at least 2 times a season as it’s not considered a seasonal spot. If you want to use the boat launch for the day it does cost money. Helps keep traffic limited for actual campers and seasonal users. Something I’m totally okay with. Complaints about outhouses? Yes sometimes they smell, it’s an outhouse for goodness sakes! Easily one of the best, most beautiful campsites I’ve ever seen.

Cleanliness of showers and flush toilets at the camp entrance was decent. The outhouses by the beach were RANCID. I'd rather walk to the other end of the campsite to the flush toilets. Other than that it was a good campsite.

Great little campground. Fair sized sites. Wood available for $20. Ice available for $3.00. Playground. Boat launch. Dock. Beach. Showers $2.00 for 6 minutes. Outhouses (no hand sanitizer). Flush toilets. Visitor parking. Great fishing spots nearby. You can't dock your boat, but you can beach it in the small cove. Quiet during the week. Sheltered from the wind. Water taps around the camp. Street lights throughout the camp. No garbage cans around the campground only a large bin.

We were here a few weeks ago. It's a nice campground. But, it seems they're slowly dwindling down the amount of public campsites. There is a good boat launch here if the lake water is up. You can fish off the pier if you get the early enough to get a decent spot. Nicely treed as well.

Went for the Sept long weekend, beautiful lake, sunsets and company. We had a group of 10. We Really enjoyed the closeness to the beach, fires, swimming and friendly atmosphere everywhere :) Thanks for a fun weekend Corrine & Amber! Friendly staff and a family atmosphere - I would totally come back and recommend it to others :) Bring water shoes as some parts are rocky!
