Probably the best campground iv been to in a long time. Very quit. Nice ppl. Free wifi shower and laundry. Will be going back next time I'm down. May suggest a bigger park for the kids but other then that perfect sight. Thank you.

Great experience! pulled in late and had issues getting cash from the ATM in town was given the option to pay via e-transfer. They have 4 separate 3 piece bathroom stalls free showers!! along with washers and dryers for catching up on your laundry (clean the lint trap after) also free. WiFi worked great! Who can beat a bobcat bucket full of wood for 20 dollars? This is a great campground and I will return !

This was our second time staying at Poplar Escape RV Park and our previous stay was nice. This time around, our experience was disappointing. Originally we were booked into a bigger camp site then when we checked in, we were moved to a smaller one that was hard to get into. The roads were narrow and it took almost 20 minutes to finally get our 32' trailer in the site. That night at 1am, a "flat-line" sounding alarm went off in the shed right behind our site and after 20 minutes of "hoping" it would turn off on its own...I had to text the owners to turn it off. They apologized via text, and after 25 minutes of listening to this annoying sound, it was finally turned off. The next night, the same alarm went off and yet again, I had to text someone to turn it off. On day 3 of our stay, it rained, and the whole campsite turned into a mud pit. The main road in and out of the campground was muddy and full of potholes. At about 6pm that night, the flat-line alarm went off yet again! This time, I texted right away and suggested that they disconnect the alarm for the night. At no point did anyone come by and personally apologize for the disturbances. If someone had, this review may have been a bit different.
