Fit Body is an excellent place to be! The workouts are hard but amazing and the coaches are very supportive and keep you motivated to push yourself to your limit. I never knew I was capable of this level of physical exertion and now I strive to push myself harder! My fitness and confidence have improved significantly over the last year and I feel the best I ever have. I cannot wait to see what more my body can accomplish! I look forward to each class and I am disappointed when I'm not able to attend. More importantly, I'm beginning to building new friendships and supports with people that share a common goal. I would (and do) recommend this place to any and everyone!

I have been going to Fit Body for just over 6 months now. I went for my 3 free trials and then committed. The coaches are fantastic and have motivated to set and reach new goals! The positive atmosphere keeps me going and coming back! In addition to the workouts, the meal planning and diet support is top notch. I join the challenges to keep me accountable and continue to set and reach new goals! It is a 40 minute a day commitment made easy by the wonderful owners and staff at the Lethbridge location!

I recently joined a 6 week challenge through fit body with little expectations and I can honestly say it has been one of the best things I have done for myself. I didn’t think it was possible to love a gym and a fitness program I like do this one. The classes are only 35 minutes and are always new and exciting making it easy to make time and actually enjoy going! All of the coaches are so supportive and encouraging, they make you feel like family and will go out of their way to help you succeed and reach your goals! I would definitely recommend giving this gym a go if you haven't already!

Probably the best gym I could have asked for. The coaches are amazing the members are awesome and with only 35 minute classes who could ask for more. The results i have seen and felt are awesome. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks to my fit body family you are the best. Love Love love
