The workouts at Fit Body Boot Camp (FBBC) are High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and 30 minutes long. This gym also offers a 15 minute CORE class which is a class dedicated for abs and glutes. The workouts can be challenging depending on individual effort and has a good variety. The trainers are observant, energetic, and motivating with each trainer offering his/her different "style" of workout. The workouts are planned in a circuit with different themed days. Overall, this is a good group workout for someone looking to get back into shape, lose a few pounds, or just to get some exercise in.

I have been attending boot camps since mid December 2016. I have never felt so comfortable working out. The training is amazing and it's fun. I love all the ladies and you never feel like you are being judged. It's a family atmosphere here. I'm so glad I started and I recommend all to at least try it out!

I have tried a few gyms in my day, however Calgary SE Fitbody Boot Camp is different. Alycia and her trainers put so much energy and effort into each client. The atmosphere is so welcoming, the staff and clients are always full of life and ready to go. This is my happy place! Everyone should try it once, you will love it!

I really enjoy the 30 minute boot camp sessions. Every workout session contains a wide variety of exercises. Alycia and the trainers are approachable, attentive and motivating. They encourage and challenge me in a supportive and positive workout environment. I look forward to 2017 as I continue on my journey to a healthier lifestyle!!
