Really enjoyed the cabin. Much better than a hotel with the full kitchen but can still enjoy the outdoors. Very helpful staff and knowledgeable about the area.

This RV Park has a great location near the Royal Tyrrell Museum and is a short drive to town. It is nicely treed. There is a pool which is especially nice when the weather is hot. The staff are friendly. There's a playground and store. It is generally easy to walk around the campground. The showers were okay, but the washrooms were very messy and dirty. There was toilet paper everywhere and the garbages needed emptying. The staff also made no effort to quiet the noisy people who were loud well past midnight. Other than that this was a convenient place to stay when going to the museum.

I am a member usually no real issues. This may long weekend I was put on a site next to a family that played music till well after quiet time. The drunker they got the louder they were. Finally on Sunday they started smoking weed next to the road with park staff. Asked security to deal with them as we have 2 young children but all I got was oh well it’s legal. Called holiday trails head office to report the issues. Spoke with Don the VP of operations but he didn’t like my attitude and hung up with no resolution. I don't think he even thought about the situation after he hung up the phone. Very disappointed in what this park as become. No more family values it’s all about how much money they can get for a site.

Very clean camp ground! The staff are very friendly and helpful. They hold nightly events for kids such as a movie night with fresh popped.popcorn and drinks. The site has a heated pool which is older but well maintained. The campsites themselves are varied depending on what you need , from no services and big enough for tents to large enough with water, sewer, and power to accommodate a massive RV. Prices are reasonable and easy to book online. We have been going here for 3 years and will continue!
