Amazing staff help you push you to your limit. Love the atmosphere and the workout!

Update: I disagree with the owner's response that the company was unaware of the severity of the health concern. Emails between myself and Vitality clearly indictated a life and death situation. However, Vitality did fix this concern to the best of their ability. I really wish I had better things to say about this company. The classes are usually quite good, a few of the trainers are awesome. The facilities although basic, are adequate. I would have happily continued my membership. Unfortunately, the lack of empathy from the owner made this impossible. My mother was diagnosed with late stage cancer. I contacted Vitality Fitness asking for options. I had hoped to freeze my membership until my mom's health situation became clearer. Vitality offered 2 months "Vacation Time" or to buy out my membership at the sum of $425.88. I was honestly in shock at those were my only options given the severity of the family emergency. Life happens. Sometimes a member's circumstances change. I sincerely hope since this, Vitality has reevaluated their policies regarding family emergencies. For this reason, I caution future members from joining this club. I was able to cancel my hot yoga and big box gym membership without penalty when I informed them of my mom's health. Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience with Vitality Fitness.

This fitness centre is the perfect place to get active and healthy. They often have social events for the students too which creates a great sense of community. I was impressed to learn that all of the teachers there started as students and really have dedicated themselves to the teaching philosophies of the centre. The owner, David is constantly striving to improve himself and his business and never avoids comments and feedback. I can definitely see why this business is so successful. There is also tons of free parking which is welcome perk along Macleod Trail.
