My wife and I had the pleasure of delivering our first child at this hospital. Let me tell you, from the moment we entered to moment we left - all the staff were excellent at providing a warm, relaxing atmosphere during the beautiful birthing experience. If you have the chance to go here, please do not hesitate. The private rooms are exactly what the Family Ordered (yes, that's not a misprint - private rooms for expecting families!). Thanks again to all the staff at South Health for the amazing experience.

don't tell anyone else about the convenient gym that's cheaper than other YMCA's and pretty quiet during the day - I want to keep it that way. the parking situation isn't great, but it's close enough to walk / bike from the surrounding suburbs so I'm not sure why anyone is driving to the place to get on a treadmill anyway.

What an ugly building to see when approaching Calgary from the southwest. But I am sure the services it provides are fine. Calgary sucks. bah!

Used this facility a few times. First it was where my sister gave birth to my nephew and our experiences there (her as the mother, I as her support), the staff were helpful and kind and very informative. It's a great place to give birth. Very clean and well organized. Secondly my son's burns were treated at this hospital and they were unbelievably kind with him. He was only just a year old at the time and he was beyond traumatized. The nurses kept him comfortable and happy. My latest experience was due to a hiking accident which led me to severely sprain my ankle and fracture my foot. I got in very quickly and got seen very fast. The only downfall for me was when the need came for me to be seen by a specialist. Then I waited and waited and waited because the doctor was so busy. I didn't even get a room to be in, I just stayed in the waiting room forever until finally a doctor came who didn't introduce himself and who barely did any examinations. He looked confused when looking at the chart. Then it was a back and fourth about whether or not surgery was needed. After a couple hours of deliberating they decided I needed nothing...not even an air cast and sent me on me way. My family doctor isn't pleased with this and Now I am in an air cast on the road to recovery. Overall great hospital but always good to get a second opinion I guess!

I have been here dozens of time and it is clean and nice facility no challenges. Only issue is no street parking usually available.
