Really Nice With Upside It is definitely nice to have a 1st class stop on highway 3 as you transit the Vancouver / Calgary corridor. The folks at St Eugene Resort and KOA are creating a top notch facility. The sites are some of the largest I have seen at a KOA. All are well designed making entry and exit easy. Someone understands how to design a campground. The main building has impressive tiled washroom/shower combinations. The laundry was not yet operational. Besides the campground you are walking distance from a casino, golf course and fine dining. If you cannot make it to the lounge or restaurant you can order in. I can personally confirm the “to your site service” is great. Make sure you try the cheesecake. The facility is about 60% complete. 1 half of the sites are complete, the other section are in the completion of utilities stage. The main entrance should get it’s final loads of gravel shortly. Lots of room to walk the dogs. Our score 93/100.

Brand New park. Friendly staff. Beautiful clubhouse. Really nice laundry room. WiFi is bad and unreliable. Campsites are nice but hookups are on the shady side of your trailer. In front of your door is HOT.

KOA is linked to the St. Eugene Golf Resort & Casino with access to the resort's 3 restaurants, fitness centre, spa, outdoor pool, and free Wi-Fi. Half of the brand new campground is still under construction and the completed sites are geared for large RVs (50 amp service; 30 amp adaptors available free from office for smaller units). Sites are spacious with limited shade until the newly planted trees mature. Tents or picnic shelters can't be staked down in the Gass areas due to shallow utilities. The handicapped restroom and 6 unisex restrooms, all with their own shower, are located in the office building. Facility is 7.5 out of 10; restrooms 10/10; and appeal 8/10.

The camp ground is beautiful only half finished though the other half will be finished in June we were told. staff are very friendly full hook up sewer drain is a little far but adding extra hose fixes that problem . 50 amp hook up only so cross over to 30 required. (Martin was very kind and had one we could use) They have a nice rv delivery menu from St Eugene unfortunatly it wasnt working yet when we stayed. Will most defently be back this summer when everything is finished.
