No bathroom, no shower, no WiFi. Well they have WiFi but the not enough for everyone. The attendee basically said too many people were using it so too bad for me. They also wanted $5 to dump. Go somewhere else where the staff cares about the customer.

Very clean. Beautiful grass and very friendly hosts.

Good place to stay over for the night. Good WiFi. Reasonable cost $37 for water and power. Mostly quiet. Train close but if you're a light sleeper maybe you shouldn't camp.

Great place to stay. Don't notice the trains, to tired at the end of a day. More than accommodating. Very reasonable fees and NO extra dump charge. We try to spend time here every year. Close to all that we enjoy seeing and doing.

Right off highway 1 which is convenient. However can hear traffic noise at times. RV Park is next to train tracks with several very loud trains so far tonight. Not good for those who can't handle train noise. Glad to see WiFi provided. Quiet well maintained RV only park. Close to shopping. $45 night for pull through with full hookups. No RV washing machine allowed and no fires allowed ....both not a problem for us. Quiet time rules which we prefer. Antenna reception is very very poor with only two channels available. No cable offered. Need to provide own satellite for channels with decent reception. Considering the train noise and poor antenna reception, we have found other RV parks on our trip to be a much better value for the price.
