Had an amazing stay. I found the rates reasonable and the staff accommodating. Directly on Old Man River if you’re into kayaking. Started every morning off with a gorgeous walk through the lower areas where there are tall hardwoods. BBQ pits are portable and must be rented for a small fee. I actually liked the portable pits as I was able to place in front of my trailer and watch the river flow by.

Typical older campground but well laid out and some real nice tenting spots. You get reminded to slow down but that adds to the quality of the experience. It is great to slow down and get your mind in the appropriate speed. This property won't be for everyone but we could stay again.

Camping was okay but since the previous time it is run down. Pool had lots of bugs in it and minigolf needs work. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pricing is a bit high and they even charge guest who stay there a dump fee.

The location was great, didn't like to have to pay extra for stuff on top of our camping fee (wood, fire pit, showers, dumping, etc.). The pool and hot tub were great but don't open till noon. We would probably visit this place again as we did enjoy our stay overall.

Spot was nice, although a bit tight. The price is far too high for what you get. Everything is an extra charge, including the showers. Internet doesn't work even at the reception building. The place needs some serious TLC.
