I have been attending One to 1 since i joined a challenge in early February. The owners, trainers and staff are friendly and supportive and I feel like I'm going to a place where everyone wants me to be succesful at the goals I have set for myself and can offer me help to get there! The workouts are quick, effective and challenging. The meal plans are simple to use. I was down over 15 lbs in the first 6 weeks and finally fit back into my wedding dress after 10 years!!!

I was part of the one to 1 fitness 6 week challenge in November - December 2017. It was a wonderful experience. The easy to follow nutrition plan and wicked HIIT boot camp allowed me to see significant results in weight loss and increased energy. This is a team of professionals who care about the individuals they are training. They are highly educated and apply the knowledge with ease to your specfic needs to help you achieve your goals. They went above and beyond to help me when I injured my back at home. The positive team atmosphere fostered by the other participants adds additional motivation. I highly recommend one to 1 fitness.

The Rest Less challenge was a fantastic way to way to trim some weight, and get on track with Nutrition! I found Pat Kerr to be very knowledgable, and was an excellent resource throughout the process!
