NO FIREWOOD AVAILABLE. The website is outdated and proprietor no longer offers this. Closest stop is Elk Point but they were sold out. Sites - are very private, lots of trees. Some have lake entry, others just a great view. A few are obstructed view. Picnic table is bolted down so couldn't move it around but site was more than large enough for a tent. Outhouses - 3/5. Clean for outhouses, no spiders or mess. No hand sanitizer. No showers. No potable water. Location - 3/5. Hard to find as GPS dies on the way from Edmonton so be prepared. It's right on the lake. Lake - clean on July 1 and swimmable. Good for boating but beach is very small. Small dock. As its isolated for miles and no on-site proprietor I could see it getting rowdy but was fine for us.

Not too bad of a campground, lakefront lots are nice, but way to close to the highway, flying dump trucks in the morning will wake you up! I don’t know if that lake always has an algae, we were there in the beginning of August and there was lots! So couldn’t swim.
