What's happened to Tim Hortons service? They used to be great service. Not the same pride of working for what was once like a Flagship of Canada's place to go. Coffee supplier was bought out by McDonald's. American companies come but don't get the loyalty, and they've made short cuts, cut off, cut back. Tims was Canadian made and part of identity. That was not American thinking and doesn't sit well for Canadians. An American took ownership so Timmies is no longer something special or uniquely ours. The worst is how Tim's service system is no longer top shelf. Will Tim Hortons crawl back up at least into top 10? McD's sees blood in the water and wants to eat the competition.

It's a typical Tim Hortons. Always busy but the customers move through the line quickly.

Great snacks and friendly staff. Lots of value for your money

A typical Tim's. The food was as expected and the atmosphere was as well. The service was rushed and the employees were brisk even though I was the only person in line. A busy parking lot but with room to pull in with a trailer, next to a gas station. Can only access from the south bound lane as there is a meridian dividing the highway

Thank you for great service.... And coffee... And the sandwich
