The employees are very friendly and came to check on us a couple times. The store is well stocked. (Although, every year I forget it closes early on Sunday, maybe the employees in the store can remind customers on Saturday). Lots of activities are planned throughout the day. I would rate Concrete KOA a solid 5 if the activities were better organized not just an afterthought, lawn was mowed and the overall maintenance of the property was better.

I will not stay here again. Nothing but issues since we got here. We got bugged by staff at less 5-10 times a day saying we are breaking some kind of rule. Repark my car, take a rope off a tree, do not make any dust you will get charged $50.00 and get kicked out. I never went over 5 mph so why tell me every day this at less a dozen times. Not just that bathrooms, pool, hot tub they are all gross not maintained at all. They questioned my guess that paid to stay for the day extra 101 questions. We came 6 and half hours away to be disappointed. We had alot of guess that paid to stay for the day so they made tons of money off our family because this is the closest Thousand Trails to my family that lives here local. I will drive the distance to the other local one in Bow, Washington cause I stayed there for 5 days and love the whole experience there friendly staff no one yelling at you like your a kid.

Reserved 50AMP spot 4 months in advance for our 40’ Class A motorhome, towing a Jeep and, requested a specific site. Not only did we not get that site but, were put in a 30 amp spot that put the front end of our coach onto the road. No room for tow!! Amanda, one of the park rangers, saved the day by moving us to a 60 foot long site that accommodated our motorhome and, tow. The site was not very level but, at least accommodated us with 50AMP. There are rules in this park however, they are not enforced. We were kept up all three nights past midnight with neighbors that were partying LOUDLY. Our last night there, they partied until 1 AM. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone to enforce the quiet time rule so, it was not pleasant to say the least. Bathrooms were clean and, the playgrounds were large for children. Fenced in dog park, which was nice. Does get muddy when it rains. We ended up in sight “Q“ which, was a nice wide, long spot. Finding level for our coach was the only challenge.

Never had to pay anything let alone $10.00 to have friends visit for a couple of hours. Have to wait at gate while staff takes forever to let guest in. Staff not family friendly. At least person we felt with.

Can't ask for a more beautiful park. Open and right in the Mountains.
