We got married at YMCA Camp Elphinstone and we couldn't recommend it more. Beautiful venue with a ton of options no matter what kind of event you are looking for or what kind of weather you encounter. The staff team's customer service, kindness and flexibility really made my wedding dreams come true.

Beautiful setting for this camp! Came here with work. Its cold here in fall/winter but most cabins are heated. Some cabins resemble a quaint Inn but there are more rustic cabins to give a closer "camp experience". They have several large lodges and meeting spaces from very modern to very rustic. Their oldest lodge has and majestic fireplace and is one of the few original buildings. This camp has tons of activities which range from simple outdoor games to hiking and swimming to canoeing, kayaking and sailing to wall climbing (they have an artificial climbing tower) low-rope and high-rope courses and they even offer guided one and two week guided hikes, and sailing courses. The camp is open to rentals for group activities during the fall and sometimes (weather-dependent) in winter. My kids have been to this camp in the past and loved it. The staff is fantastic, we'll trained and very, very knowledgeable. I can't wait to go again. Will probably do the one-week family camp with my wife and kids this or next year.

Kids had a fantastic time. They cried when getting picked up because they missed their friends already. Staff are always friendly and an interesting mix of local and international youth. Lots to do, camp stories and activities like sailing, kayaking, and archery are the most favourite.
