Wow this camp ground is amazing. My family was at lake side and we had a great time. We really enjoyed the scenery and the deer lake located just steps from the campsite. The park is well maintained and the staff are very friendly. What we thought were great was they sell fire wood from the service truck as the park ranger drives around. I wish more campsite would offer this service..we would definitely come again..

Enjoyed camping here. The pads were quite small and close to each other, we got a double with two other families, and it was barely bigger than some of the singles were have stayed on. The lake is nice (but watch that swimmer's itch) and there was a good playground. Pit toilets, not more or less clean than you'd expect. Harrison nearby has a few stores for amenities, and a very nice beach.

Park is great if you have kids, being here as adults who wants peace and quiet for a few days, not so much... screaming kids all day long and even after 11pm when it’s supposed to be quiet time. Definitely don’t do Hicks lake if you’re not a family.

This park is a bit of a drive off Hwy 1 with 8 km of dirt road to the campgrounds. There are three campgrounds on two lakes. Two were full and the third was closed when we arrived. The park operator let us use the camp host spot because he did not want to open the third campground until evening. This park is primitive with no utilities at any sites and the dump station was closed. Big, old trees, medium to large sites spaced well apart for the most part providing moderate privacy. Main campgrounds are close to lakes with nice trails. This park has only pit toilets. No showers, sinks or power for charging phones. Good drinking water is available from taps located in various parts of the campground. Part of this park is on Harrison Lake, but this is a long way from the campgrounds. Good information on park website. Beautiful lakes and trees.

This is a nice little gem . There are 3 camp grounds at 2 locations . But make reservations it fills up in the summer . Like most provincial parks you have access to water . There are many walking trails around the different lakes that are at each campgrounds. There's a sanidumps with a $5 fee. Be careful using it because the water for cleaning the tank gave me issues . We will be back for sure
