Van camping so only booked to have access to bathrooms and shower facilities. Expensive as the only sites for vans are full hookups sites which are unneeded services for our vehicle. Had to pay extra to use showers, and bathrooms were out of basic nesessary items. Small sites, woke up to neighbours in RV eating 2 feet away from our tent ladder. Rather camp on the side of the road or pay extra for hotel. Great location and quiet area, however.

As I write this, I am still on site. Our stay so far has been badly marred by a catalogue of really disappointing errors and poor service. Arriving late, having pre-warned reception via email some days prior, we found a booking slip and map with our name on it at the door. It did not, however, have a site number. I checked my emails and found an email saying an attachment had important information in it... But there was no attachment. Now nearing 10pm, I tried the emergency phone number. No one answered - Thank goodness it wasn't an emergency. At this point we decided we'd have to just take a vacant slot and return to reception in the morning. We did so, and were greeted with not the merest hint of an apology - just an insistance that we must now move sites. What about showers? Could we get some tokens? We were promptly sent off to the laundry to a laundry card machine. Apparently, despite no mention of shower credit on or around the machine, that does both, dispensing credit for the reception block showers. Of course, though, for two of us to shower we'd need two cards - more expense, hassle, etc. What about the showers at the other end, beyond the RVs (right next to the new site we'd been told to move to)? Oh, they use tokens, $1 each. Fine, more flexible and simple. We bought 4, headed back to the RV, moved sites and headed for the showers to find they don't take tokens, they take laundry cards too. Why would you sell us tokens for a shower that needs a card? Why would you not check where we mean? So utterly silly. We've wasted a good hour this morning dealing with this.

Great location, so close to the ski hill in Whistler, and within a mile from Lost Lake. Dog friendly, close to the spa, awesome on site cafe... it's just a great place to camp! The only issues we've had is getting through to the office; it is hard to get them on the phone. But this is our go-to place in Whistler, no matter what season.

The location is great but maintenance is poor if you are coming with a trailer. Sites are not fully cleared of snow. Long term residents let their dogs roam free which leads to dog feces everywhere. Some areas of the campground smell of feces. Bathroom at the back of the campground was not very clean. The overall feel is a dilapidated campground that allow for with snow-covered cars, site full of trash and bottles, and one with an abandoned refrigerator next to the trailer. Loved this campground when it was under previous management. Not sure if I would return.

Good location.. and a good price. About 5-6min drive to Whistler village. Very cosy cabin. They claim 5 people but I would treat it as 3 people (one being on the sofa) and 2 kids. The attic is very small with two beds pushed all the way to the side and cannot hold a full size adult as you can even hit your head just sleeping. Overall good experience.
