My partner and I love to visit different campgrounds anytime we travel, its more affordable and you also get to connect with different parts of Vancouver Island. I made a last minute reservation and arrived a little late but the couple that works there are super friendly! Upon arrival, the gentlemen that greeted us was very helpful in showing us different campsites and providing us with what we needed, water, wood and kindling. He gave us a few logs for free which made me super happy and he also packed it to our car. The next morning we woke up to the ocean view sunrise and picked salmon Berries for breakfast and a cup for the host :) We'll be returning, Thank you!

Outhouses are very clean, user friendly, have toilet paper and hand sanitizer, I was impressed. The area is beautiful, the campsites clean and relatively large. Staff are friendly, there is a mini store on site where you check in, they have the usual camping items, and ice cream, they also have firewood for $5 a basket, you return the basket to the store. Nice environmentally friendly way of selling wood. When I was carrying my basket to the campsite one of the staff stopped me, put the load on his bike and rode it over for me. I really appreciated that. He really went above and beyond!

Love this campsite! It is Clean and well maintained. The hosts are super friendly and their store was stocked with all the things one forgets while camping.

Some private sites. Cheap rates (late May). Store items like wood, ice were cheap. Right on the water front. A bit out of the way, but just minutes to the ferry. Large lawn area.

Nice covered BBQ shelter. Small parking lot. The washrooms are not in good shape however.
