Shabby looking area. Drive across the tracks next to it and its suburbia. No excuse for it to look like trash

Don’t buy in this trailer park unless you have perfect credit score like 700+ credit they are very picky even if you buy the trailer right out cash

Nice location. Terrible condition. Low water pressure on site. Needs some up keep.

This park is just bad, from managers that don't care until it benefits them to thefts, murders, and intentional arson resulting in death , have a dog it can only be twenty pounds unless your the manager or friends of managers then rules don't apply. Have a problem well heaven forbid you contact owners to find solution to problems cause managers then target tenants. Have a small lot well prepare for it to get smaller since managers target neibours that are by their friends and allow friends to build deck on neibours property and place central air conditioner also on neibours property so no yard cause of deck and large air conditioner,no privacy since neighbor chooses to sit in your yard instead of own large lot, kids can't play in yard since conditioner is old and outdated with lots of room for kids fingers to enter and managers park there own motorhome two feet from their own neibours home blocking all windows and threaten anyone that requests owners number for contact and mediation, so from managers taking there dogs onto other residences to do their business, to threats, to changing park rules for there own benefits this is the worst trailer park
