Disappointed

Full service site was a freshly mowed field, long grass standing in clumps. The power connection box was torn from the post and had the while in use cover broken off ,the sewer connection was broken off and jammed full of broken pieces. If we had not paid ahead of time I would have rather parked in a Walmart or Home Hardware parking lot. Not to forget the staff here was extremely rude and almost hostile when I asked for the washroom code.

Not all that "wildernessy" but a good spot to stay that's close to the Victoria airport. Clean bathrooms and showers, and reasonably priced. The person also got back to us after hours to confirm our reservation for us. That was much appreciated. Thumbs up!

Evicted a 63 year old man because his son was drunk and wouldn't even give him a warning.

My review is posted on Facebook and tomorrow will be posted at the better business BBC I do not recommend anyone to go to this nightmare of a place it has put me into the hospital the owner was vary rude to me also was seen by a labour looking in my windows when I wasn't there and he has no compassion for handicap people he cost me great pain possibly more perminit.damage to my back neck, and knee that will put me in a wheelchair a lot sooner than expected naw I sit waiting close to hospital trying to get in but my truck and trailer is to big for parking there and I cant get trailer off truck cant walk even with my cabin so here I am stuck running out of gas to keep warm

Been here 3 weeks now. First the negatives. The first lot they gave us had a burned out plug. Second lot, I spent 2 days ripping up 2 foot high weeds and thistles just so I could get around my rv. Pull through lots are extremely narrow. We have no outside picnic table or fire pit. I've noticed an empty lot only gets cleaned the day before someone moves in. Laundry machines are generally filthy. All the permanent residents say to go to a laundromat. Bathrooms and showers are in pretty rough shape. Now the positives. The tenting area is quite nice. Each spot has a table and fire pit and the grass is mowed regularly. Some spots even have power. Only about 1/2 hour from either Victoria or Duncan. Lots of wineries in the area. The park is extremely quiet at night. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. All services are only a few minutes away. Easy place to find for a first timer. Hosts are friendly. Place is ok but could use some updating and attention.
