A small piece of paradise minutes from town and miles from worries!

Great place to walk the dogs. Nice beach and picnic spot.

I love this beach. It's huge and seems to go on for miles and miles, so there is a lot of space and you will never find yourself feelings crammed in with crowds of people. Also its one of the few beaches on the coast where you will find areas of soft, white sand.

Lovely place but don’t go in a tent! The scenery and campground vibe was super nice. Your right across the road from the beach and some trails. If you don’t have an RV be prepared for a gross experience, there is no plumbed toilets just two very grossly filled to the top outhouses that made my friend throw up trying to use them. We just ended up holding it until we go into town. Also be prepared to bring a gas powered fire pit because there are no fire pits on site (except one big one my the beach used by the rev park) and no beach fires allowed as an alternative all year round - so even when there isn’t a fire ban you’re not allowed any pit fires.

Beautiful camp ground with a small aircraft flight path overhead. Long Rocky beach. Good sunrise views over the water looking towards the mainland (I think).
