While the location and facilities were excellent, we had a very poor experience at this campground last night. After we parked and got set up, we left to go explore Saanich, as there’s lots to do. We didn’t return until the later evening, and when we did, we realized the power wasn’t working. We tried the breaker on the post, and even tried plugging other electronics to see if we could get it to work, but nothing. The staff left the office at 7PM so there was nothing we could do. We then spent the rest of the evening listening to someone’s dog barking and howling. Around 11:30PM, we ran out of propane and had to switch the tanks for the fridge, because we didn’t have any power. In the morning, we were woken up by our neighbors’ very loud music, which lasted for a good hour. We went to the office and complained about the electric issue, and asked for a credit, or partial refund, because we planned on coming back in three weeks. We were told no, even though we paid for electricity, and didn’t have any, it’s “not their policy”. We were extremely disappointed in the lack of response by the staff. No one even checked the electricity before we left. We will be returning because we’ve already booked our next trip, but it’s doubtful we’ll ever come back afterwards.

This is a beautifully maintained and beautiful rv site. The lovely quiet beach is right next door and it's really dog-friendly. Couldn't be better.

Nice well kept park short walk to the beach. Spots are designated in a rigid manner depending whether you are nightly weekly monthly etc. No activities with a clubhouse that is not heated. 765.00 per month for a 6 month stay.

Great RV Park. Staff was very friendly. A bit out of the way but very quite.
