This is an amazing business and dog day care centre. They have a wonderful store front for supplies and the prices are competitive. What is most notable is their staff and the owner. They are committed to their customers and the dogs under their care. Our 6 month old pup gets very excited when arriving and comes home tired from a day of supervised play. They also have a fenced acreage up the Malahat where they take dogs up for the day to play in the outdoors. If there are better dog day cares I would be surprised.

We've always had great experiences with Ruffin it (both their daycare and boarding). My dog loves attending the daycare and I really appreciate getting honest/constructive feedback about my dog from the staff. You can tell that the staff love the dogs and it shows in how much my dog loves Ruffin it! :)

Wonderful place! Very caring to the dogs and nice tired puppy at the end of the day.

Such a great facility with very dedicated and knowledgeable staff. I recently left my nervous dog with them for the first time and felt completely comfortable knowing they'd be honest about his experience and offer advice on how to help him be the best dog he can be. I've also used their grooming services in the past and have never had a bad experience with my two other dogs haircuts. All around this is a great place for people who are looking for a reliable, honest and competent place to help with their canine companions. Thanks Ruffin It!!
