Very popular RV park site here in Vancouver, BC. The RV spot has only thin hedges for privacy and the spot is a bit tight because of the concrete picnic table situated almost in the middle of the site. There are two washing vehicles area: there is the coin operated and the free. Wifi usage is free for 6 hours a day. Burnaby Lake is close by this RV park which is excellent for bird watching as well as walking.

Visited a friend staying at the RV park. I had to drop off some heavy items, so parked in one of the many empty spots nearby, only to be told not to park in an empty stall?! Staff member seemed to enjoy telling me I had to move my vehicle to visitor parking, even though the 10+ empty spots nearby were for customers. Received a notification on my vehicle that I was taking up 2 spots in the visitor parking lot. I realized that I was but lines were barely visible and the parking lot was half empty?! Brutal!

We enjoyed our stay at this RV Park! I’m giving 4 stars because as a parent I would prefer being the one who decides whether my kids can go in the hot tub or not (I’m aware this might be a city law, but we didn’t have any issues in any other park) Also, there were people smoking at the kids playground which I find absolutely unacceptable. Other than that, everything was good and well kept.

I absolutely loved my stay here. I stayed for a few weeks while working in Vancouver. The staff are absolute gems. Always happy to help and obviously enjoy their jobs. It’s very well run. I spent my days off on the sun deck and in the pool. The showers and facilities here are really well cared for. You couldn’t ask for a better location for groceries, gas, commute, and for lovely walks, bike rides and dog walks. Thanks again Tarin and Iggy for a great check in. You guys really know your stuff. And thanks so much to Kim the manager. You have restored my faith in humanity. Such a great guy. Thanks to Mac who helped me park my trailer. And to each of the staff who’s names I don’t know, and each person who cares for the property: thank you all so much. I can’t wait to return next year. Love and Light!

One of the best RV parks I've ever been to. Definitely will be coming back.
