Simple campground with maybe 15 individual plots. It's all first come first serve. There are no reservations, but there are also no camping fees. There's plenty of space to haul up your canoes on shore. From here you can hike up the river and swim (it's cold), or do a longer hike to Widgeon Lake.

good spot. I wish google had indicated quarry road has a midway private road closure.

Very nice and quiet location. Great for a family picnic.

A nice and secluded spot that is only accessible by canoe and kayak. It is a family and dog-friendly campsite. Many people also stop here before hiking up to Widgeon Falls. The creek is also lazy and shallow; Perfect for anyone wanting to cool down after a hard paddle or hike!

After about 45 minutes of paddling you'll arrive at what would be an awesome basecamp, good for resting and relaxing, or hiking up farther to the falls and lake.
