I’ve been going for a few months now. These guys are great. The sessions are fast paced and to the point. I get a great workout in. I find myself motivated to work hard. Altogether a great experience.

This was my first time doing boot camp and I’m happy to say it was a great experience! In 21 days I lost 5.5lbs, went down in hip and waist size and gained muscle in arms, chest and thighs. My energy level has never been so high. John and Eyal know their stuff and make sure you get a great workout each and every time! Highly recommend BMPT!

I attended a boot camp and found it extremely entertaining and a nice work out. The two young and energetic trainers namely Eyal and John were going beyond and above a normal trainer duties and were paying attention to all details. I strongly recommend it and your satisfaction will be guaranteed.

Whether you're a couch potato with aspirations to not be one, super athletic, or somewhere in between, John and Eyal can help you. So far I've attended their Saturday morning bootcamp classes (45 minutes each), which the guys get up early to teach. They've created an environment that is fun and supportive, and so you naturally push yourself and feel results. The exercise routine is shaken up each week, and all activities can be customized to suit different fitness levels. You'll leave feeling like a champion!

Totally awesome experience, I used John as a personal trainer and his knowledge and routines totally changed me! I went in with a goal that I totally surpassed. Super nice guy and he made it fun! I can't say enough how good Burke mountain is!
