Location very convenient, close to the lake BUT staff are not welcome at all and not helpfull. When customers are asking something it's normal to give a proper answer especially when you pay 36$ per night. If you don't like your job stop it. Otherwise Campground sites are okay except n°66. Showers are not free but clean as well as toilet.

Park nestled in large trees and very peaceful. Owners are really accommodating and great hosts. Perfect place to rv and camp

Great spot to Camp in Nanaimo with the nicest owners. They gave such great advice for what to do and where to go on the island! Mostly RV's with many permanent and long term tenants but space for all types of campers.

The owners of this place refused to accept my business, on the grounds that I would be traveling with a baby. The reason given was that the cabins have shared walls. They don't want to take the chance that a baby might disturb the other guests. How unwelcoming! I've traveled to other places since having a baby, staying in several places with shared walls, and have not once been turned away. Maybe try putting sufficient insulation in the walls?

My mom and I stayed here while in town. We rented the cottage and honestly it was a million times better than hotel stays. Rhonda was super accommodating bringing us a bbq and fire pit, which made our vacation that much nicer. The cottage itself is adorable. Very rustic and cozy. Gave us a feeling of home, while we were away from our own homes. It's fully stocked with all the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and dishes you'd need. Every time I visit Nanaimo I will be booking here.
