The RV resort is kept clean and neat and tidy and I enjoyed my stay there very much with my family. The road closures and the fires made it a bit sketchy for my family and I to travel up that way, but when we called the staff on the other end of the line said there were alternative roads to take and they did not care whether we could not get there Because of the fires. There would be no refund on any of our money, so I am very grateful that nothing went wrong during our stay because if something did I would’ve told the staff the very same thing, that I did not care and they need to fix it right now. I felt that the staff was very rude to tell my daughter that when all we were doing was calling to ask questions she was also told at the time that we could find out all of this on their website and why were we calling

Love coming here! Facilities for trailers and campers include sewer, power, water and cable hook-ups. Good family atmosphere with plenty to do on or off the facility. A bit disappointed they took out the lower camping area as it was nicely wooded and had trails to walk you and your pet. It made way for more serviced sites but more care could have been taken to preserve some trees. Now campers must go to the Spruce Grove campground.

We made camping reservations about a month ago for a two night stay to begin in about a month. We had decided on a two night stay to preview the park for a camping group that we are associated with. Our plans changed and I just called to cancel the reservations approx a month before our intended arrival date. To cancel the reservation approx. 30 days prior to arrival I was charged for the unrefundable deposit .... which was the amount charged for two nights $120. Yes, this is outlined in their reservation policies and I guess I missed it. So, next year when we return to the Fairmont area with our camping group. Our group will not be making reservations or staying here. Certainly frustrating.

if you can get through on the phone and they take over a day to respond online. Terrible service! We had to cancel our booking due to the main highway being closed, forest fires and smoke with no return policy. We were charged 2 nights stay with no hesitation. Would have been happy with a credit for future use....first attempt to stay and the last no matter how nice the location is. They had more pleasure in trying to charge change fee's and cancellations then providing any form of customer service. Very disappointed...would put zero stars if I could.

This is a hidden gem! The RV park is in the same area (short walk over a bridge) as the Resort Hotels. All the amenities at the Resort are available for use, for a fee of course. The natural hot springs pools and grassy area with lawn chairs provided are a great place to relax. The campground has a laundry area and nicely done washrooms. Everything is clean. The deer and squirrels and sometimes skunks roam freely through the area. Staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist guests in any way to make the stay a great experience. We most definitely will go back.
