Great host! Comfortable stay

Sep 27, 2017
It was like camping in my cousin's back yard! Sheldon was great, we pulled in, he told us the get set up and start a fire, he had a meeting to go to and would catch up with us later. Huge firewood piles all split, quiet and cozy with super thick grass to park on.

Erin and Sheldon make it feel like coming home. We used the campsite, laundry (pay), shower(free), peddle boats, and life jackets. Onsite ice. We have been here 5 times and we would not stay anywhere else in Christina Lake! Erin and Sheldon answer any questions about the area and have excellent recommendations! Thanks for the great vacation!! Happy Summer!

My sister's and my family have stayed here many times - it is our summer vacation destination. This is a great place for families with kids or couples. Erin and Sheldon (the owners) have a small-enough resort that one is not afraid that the kids are going to get lost or that it would get too loud, but large enough not to feel crowded. There is a large well-maintained kids-friendly play area with lots of outside toys provided. While watching the kids play, the parents can sit on the loungers under the lush trees, read a book and drink a great (better than Starbucks) complimentary coffee. The owners know everyone staying at the resort and keep a watchful eye on everyone's belongings (including the kids :)). The property is located a short five-minute walk to the public beach - great for kids and adults. It is a also a short walk to a corner cafe with a great selection of delicious ice-cream and specialty coffee. The lake is pristine - clean, clear and treed on all sides. Great for fishing or water sports. You will love it there and you will be back!
