The staff are very nice. However, when it comes to the rest of the place, well it is a big let down from the review posted herein. There are all kinds of RVs with alot of junk around them. One unit has a full metal dumpster in front of his unit. We would not stay there again and it is a shame because the potential is very good. The one star was only for the staff.

Great trails and easy access to the River. Formally Cassidy Speed way

Older couple that run it are so nice. Candy store for kids. Pound with cute frogs. River access to amazing river. It is a bit of a walk and goes uphill on way back but it's beautiful. Campsite sizes are OK. Some a bit small but bigger than many other rv places. Bathrooms have hot showers avail. Movie night on weekends is great. Easy to use website to reserve. No reservation fees. Sign up and get promos. Playground and grassy area to play. Dirt roads easy to travel with bikes.

Sites are a fair size but dusty and dirty when its wet. River spot is amazing, but it can be difficult with little ones. Amazing staff on site. Clean and comfortable facilities.
